The Elements Essentia
These are the base elemental heiran runes that most are able to use and wield without too much difficulty. These runes contain base powers that are more specific and can be more easily wielded.
Kudo - Fire - 500gp
Examples: Control Fire, Increase Fire Damage, Manipulate Fire, and Summon Fire when there is none, start campfires, put out fire from torches and campfires, and make your weapons come alight with flame and deal fire damage.
Mechanical Effects: When used to empower a fire spell, the spell gains an additional damage die of fire damage, when used to manipulate fire through nonspell use, the effect is that you can snuff out nonmagical fire in a 10ft radius, expand the fire by 5ft radius or shrink the fire by a 5ft radius, or make your weapons deal an additional damage of the weapons type in fire damage.
Anavos - Air - 500gp
Examples: Control the winds, Increase the power of wind, steal air from containers, create small wind storms, stop tornados, manipulate the air around you to become sealed in your own clean air bubbles.
Mechanical Effects: When used to control wind or spells like gust, the spell's radius extends by 5ft, decreases by 5ft, or you can direct wind up to 20ft away to a direction of your choosing. When used in a nonspell use, the wind and air in the area can be manipulated by changing its direction, making the wind speed increase, or make an air bubble around your head that has enough air for 1 hour.
Daara - Water - 500gp
Examples: Manipulate water, see in the ocean, breathe underwater, create or destroy water, clean and purify water, create waves and summon rainstorms.
Mechanical Effects: When used to manipulate water with spells like control water or create food and water, you can direct the current in any direction of your choosing, making the water colder by -20 degrees farenheit. If you use the water to clean or purify water, the amount of water you can purify is extended by 10 gallons.
Tuur - Earth - 500gp
Examples: Manipulate dirt, stone, sand, and rock, pull steps of stone from the earth, control the mud and push it from your path, manipulate earthen difficult terrain, create stone shields and stone armor.
Mechanical Effects: When the user manipulates rock, earth, stone, dirt, or sand, the user can extend the ground it covers by 10ft or decreases the radius the material effects by 10ft, when the player attempts to make stairs out of stone they can create 5ft diameter blocks to step on as long as they concentrate on using the rune. When the user attempts to push through thick mud or gravel, the creature is not affected by difficult terrain. The user can create difficult terrain in a 10ft radius in a nonspell way, and can use their Reaction(5e)/Immediate Action(3.5e) to create a shield out of the earthen material that reduces their damage taken from an attack by 10+Con Modifier.
